"You Have My Son"

Yes! I did say privileged! It has become abundantly clear to me, over the years, how important it is to engage the people I meet in conversation and find out who they are and what they may want to share with me. Synchronicity is so special.
It was one of those chance meetings that put me in touch with this beautiful Soul, the mother of a young man who, the next day, was leaving to join the war in Iraq. Needless-to-say this woman was feeling very vulnerable, and though she was putting on a brave face I felt her anguish. During that night I was awakened with these words which, of course I shared with her as a way of bringing healing and understanding.

She taught me so much.
