Living Life with NO Regrets

This auto-biography tells the life story of woman who discovers, later in life, the reasons for the journey she has experienced, finally bringing closure to the part of her life riddled with outcomes born of low self esteem.

Hindsight, written by Mahri Best, is an authentic, accounting of the life of a young girl, born in Scotland. Mahri fumbles through the awkward, hormone driven, life of a teenager, to end up taking off for America, at age eighteen – only to find that same life following her.

The story covers all of those experiences that life dealt Mahri from a place of low self-esteem. Living life in the fast lane, meeting politicians, stars and experiencing interaction with them that only heightens that experience of low self-esteem.

Hindsight deals with rape, racism, an apparent need to please everyone, moments of triumph followed by disillusionment and depression; there are times of joy and sorrow as the quest to find her ‘true self ‘continues through several, failed marriages, divorce and bankruptcy.

Finally, a revelation that brings light and understanding for the, life long feeling of low self-esteem; this revelation brings an end to those feelings of low self-esteem and helps to spawn a whole, new experience of life with a loving partner, doing exactly all those things that Mahri never thought were possible, and living in total peace.
