Gratitude

Today I am so grateful to report that my friend Darlene is out of hospital and home waiting the arrival of her sister who is coming from Florida to spend time with her. Thank you and all of our magnificent Angels for responding in this special way.

I have so much to be grateful for and I want to give a huge thanks to the Emergency (911) team that took such great care of my friend. Just as an aside if you ever feel scared or concerned, about what is happening to you and you are dizzy and alone, dial 911. Then call a friend and have then meet you at the hospital. Allow the professionals to take care of you and never forget all those Angels around you.

Thoughts and Discernment

There are times our thoughts can choke our beings, create fear and hamper our forward path. There are times when things show up in life that are reminders of the only past that we carry awareness of. Those reminders may be painful and then it is time for true discernment and recognition that that was then and this is now.
Breathing deeply and taking time to understand we do have a choice in how we use these thoughts. We may never totally erase our past, however we can choose to examine the need to be attached to the painful stories of our past. Living in the now and focusing on the joy that is ours now can go a long way to healing a past that no longer serves us well.
When our past rears its ugly head, in the way of an ill serving thought, we owe it to ourselves to stop, breathe and recognize the power here in the now. Then we can be discerning and choose a new thought. It may seem like work and it is worth every moment to help create that freedom that we all can enjoy, one moment at a time. I’ve got this.
