Sometimes the most painful things in our lives come from the dishonesty or the unwillingness to take responsibility for the way that we feel. If we could only check in on our hearts and speak the truth in the beginning and say what is truly on our minds, we could by-pass so much of the pain.
There is no shame in feeling sad. There is always a perfect gift in that sadness. The sadness is there to remind us of our human frailties. The sadness is there to bring us a gift in acceptance of all of our ways of being. What have we been avoiding?
The secrets and those gifts lay within each one of us just waiting for acceptance and a pro-active step. We need to be good to ourselves, lighten up and allow room for all those feelings to flow. This is the honesty our beings need to be fulfilled. Being authentic to our inner spirit and to our souls help to release the joy within each one of us.
Life is supposed to be fun and if we’ re not having fun it is our own fault. There is no one to blame for my not having fun but me! I’ve got this!
