Trust

Letting go of attachment to the outcome, of any forward moving, desire, is the secret to having it come about. Simply holding a vision of “it” being complete is all that is necessary. This means having NO conversations about it not having happened yet. Harry and I have proven this to ourselves, over and over again and shortly you will see living proof of our latest, most powerful, miracle! We are SO grateful. We’ve got this!

The Freedom to Second Guess

Many years ago I was given the understanding
That the choice to live or die is up to me
When the knowledge came to me I put it to the test
And immediately my spirit was set free

Ever since that moment I’ve shared this knowledge well
Being sensitive to each person’s state
Those breakdowns of what’s possible stressed by Doctors
Who were trying to say it simply was too late

I came to make a difference in this world
I didn’t come to sit on what is real
I must only share my understanding and what is real for me
And let go of trying to change the way they feel

When a being resonates with whatever I may share
And chooses to give credence to this thought
A special light shows in their eyes as they shift their pose
And recognize the gift that they have bought

It’s imperative that I don’t get attached to any outcome
If they don’t agree I don’t choose cause them stress
I recognize my role as messenger to their soul
I don’t have the freedom to second-guess

If Anyone Had Told Me

Have you ever surprised yourself? Have you ever ruminated about a specific, powerful, time of your life and said, “If anyone had told me that I would (fill in the blank), I would have told them they were crazy!” And the truth is that you actually did do it. How does that make you feel?
Recently I have begun some new and improved formulas for living my life that are bringing me measurable results. Let’s face it no-one knows how I feel better than I. Let’s take, for example, my choice of exercise. If I were to follow all the exercise gurus of the world and get caught up in that trap (Which I have done) I might easily give up (which I have also done). However, I listened to my heart and have chosen swimming as my chosen form of exercise and I love it.
A few weeks ago I started out at 20 laps (40 lengths) and felt exhilarated on the completion of those laps. I gradually increased my laps to 50 (100 lengths) and have made this my number to complete. This has proven itself to be the best body toner, mood enhancer and energy booster for me. I learned yesterday that 66 laps (132 lengths) represent 1 mile, in the pool where I swim. I set the bar today at 66 and I did it. Yes! I’ve got this!
