If ever you find yourself in a place of anger it is wise that you recognize where that anger stems from. Anger is almost inevitably born of fear. Fear that you have been taken advantage of; fear that someone else is better than you; fear that you are not good enough, strong enough; clever enough.
There is so much that we can learn from fear and it is also a superb warning to all of us that we need to pay attention. By embracing your fear, whenever it shows up, you are acknowledging the perfection in that fear. As soon as you acknowledge the perfection in that fear, the fear itself subsides and you then have the opportunity to claim your power in any given situation.
Whenever you hear yourself raising your voice, stop; then ask yourself, “What is it that you fear?” You will find this to be an amazing way to access a part of yourself that otherwise may go undetected and therefore be allowed to continue to take your power. By re-gaining your power you are then able to make a clear choice in any given situation and affect a new solution.
Embracing all your fears can be the most freeing thing you will ever do. It is vital to acknowledge your fears. Fear can show up in a myriad of ways. The day to day, little fears such as; I hope I said the right thing – or – what if they don’t like me? – Or – what if we don’t sell our home? This is a time to recognize that these fears are serving a purpose to let us know it is time to check our personal power. Those other fears that show up in our lives in uncontrolled anger or rage, also stemming from deep fear, are so often positively dealt with by seeking the help of a professional thus attaining a higher value of living.
This is why you might first embrace all those fears – as there is not one person who would not welcome a higher value of life.
