Why would someone choose to have a coach?

The main reason that I have found that people turn to a coach is to get clarification on what steps to take that will bring success in any given area of their life. Many people are extremely successful, however, they are possibly unclear on exactly how they managed to bring those successes into their lives. They took them for granted and when they are having difficulty at another point in their lives, creating another kind of success, they turn to a coach to help them decipher what is going on that may be holding them from that success. Sometimes being too close to a situation can alter the vision and bring lack of clarity.

How long does it take?

It takes as long as is needed to obtain the results that the client is saying they want to achieve. This could be as little as 4 visits or as many as 12 or more. Often the client discovers that there are other aspects of their lives that they are not satisfied with and now they understand the value in having a coach to assist them in creating powerful outcomes.

What does something like this cost?

The cost is tailored to the needs of the client. The first hour is totally free. This gives the prospective client an opportunity to explore all the possibilities offered through coaching. In the event we both feel it would be valuable to go forward with coaching. Then we establish an appropriate payment plan to suit each individual.

How often do we meet?

There is often as long as two weeks between appointments – giving time for the client to put into practice all that they have learned during the meeting.

What can a coach do, that a client can not do?

A good coach can create an opening for their client to re-engage that clarity they are looking for and perhaps even discover some new aspects that the client had not even considered.

When can I get started?

Usually, we schedule the first appointment approximately one week after the initial meeting.
