Focus is the word of the day! My first focus is, how do I feel today? I’d say pretty good! So why is it not great? Oh! let me see – where is my focus? I guess it is on what is NOT here yet. Mmmm – I know better than that. What is it I want? I’ll think about that and begin to focus on and visualize how everything feels when I have exactly what I want. Wow! Already I am beginning to feel great! All I did was change the focus of my thinking from what hadn’t arrived yet to visualizing it being a done deal. Let me throw in a whole lot of gratitude for this way of thinking and prepare to receive all those great things that I am visualizing. O.K. Now I am off to have a wonderful day focusing on all that I choose to have happen! After all – it is only up to me! Yeah! I can do this!

Response-able

Today my word is RESPONSEABLE. Now let me see, that is response-able. In every decision I make, in every thought I choose, in every action I take and in every word I speak, I am able to respond. In giving full attention to this inborn gift I recognize that I am accountable for all of the outcomes, which prevail, as I go through life. This could feel overwhelming or it could feel like amazing freedom. Once again I have a choice in that also.
With this knowledge, why would I allow fear or ego based thoughts to inhibit my forward path? It is all about checking in to see how I am actually feeling about any given situation. My body and my being are totally accurate and in line with my experience. I guess that this simply means I can use breathing to slow down my reactive being and instead summon the responsible or RESPONSEABLE me. No more excuses like, “I am only human!” That will not wash any more. I got this! I choose freedom.

Gratitude

The word for this day is GRATITUDE. I am grateful for every moment. Grateful for all the abundance, of every kind, flowing to me now. Grateful for unconditional love, forgiveness, choice, peace, compassion, excellent health in mind and in body, understanding, music, listening, brilliant ideas, asking, trusting, self appreciation, believing and letting go and letting God and the Universe create right out workings every moment. That is a whole lot to be grateful for. I am so blessed. Did I tell you recently that I love you?

Lose the Judgement – Lose the Pain

I am keenly aware that, when I step out of integrity with my own truth, my body tells me. Only yesterday I allowed this to occur. There are times when ego can lead me on a scary path. The first thing to happen is I am not living, at all, in the moment. All the warning signals become overlooked and ego jumps in and takes over in a way that is not favorable. I begin to go to that place of judgement which, in turn, brings on the discomfort in my body. And for all of this I am grateful. I am grateful that I recognize this and now I stop, recover my steps and examine the point where I gave my energy away.
Let’s face it people will always be people. People with minds and judgements and frailties of their own. I must learn not to take on their frailties and ways of being by taking myself to that place of judgement. My clear intention is to live my life purpose and that is to live from a place of unconditional love. I get that we are all ONE and we are truly at effect of one another. I feel an others pain. And the great news is I feel an others joy. My focus is on joy. Thanks for coming with me on this journey. I love you all.

Universal Ordering

This Universe really works in amazing ways. I am finding that so long as I am clear on my purpose and intention, so long as I give thanks in advance for whatever I am ordering from my Universe, I had better stand back and be ready to receive! All the appropriate people begin to show up. I get phone calls from old or new friends leading me in the appropriate direction. The world is getting smaller every day. So long as I remain in the moment, connected through listening and by paying attention, everything I am asking for is right here in only moments.

Communication

Communication is the key to creating the wins in my world. There are times when those things, I feel the need to communicate, may feel overwhelming. Especially when it has to do with egos. The very first thing I must do is to sort out how much of my attachment to the situation is resulting from ego, mine or the others involved. I must recognize my purpose in my communication, I must clarify my intention of the outcome. I have been dubbed “The Peacemaker” for a good reason and that is why it is imperative that I remain within the confines of my own integrity. In all of this I must be willing to be responsible for my words and my actions and for the final outcome of my communication whichever way it shows up. This is why breathing is SO important in all of this. I am only ever one, deep, breath away from staying within my integrity and that is my responsibility.

Success Now

2012 is a grand year for dreams coming true. So many people, including me, have been holding onto dreams for many years. The main thing that may have held us all away from achieving those dreams is that “what if I FAIL?” Well! 2012 is here and I choose to make this a year to remember.”WHAT IF I AM SUCCESSFUL?”
This weekend has shown me many instances where my friends and I are on the same page. We are thinking SUCCESS! It is our turn and we will leave no stones unturned in our bid to be successful. We have everything to gain and nothing to lose. WE ARE READY!
So – for all of you out there, who have been holding onto a dream, visualize the final outcome – the celebration of SUCCESS and BELIEVE and TRUST that your dream is here! Now – let go and let the Universe do its work in bringing all the right people, time, energy, abundance and right out workings into your path. Stay in the moment, listen and watch carefully as the appropriate situations present themselves to you! Let’s GO!

No Judgment – Just Love

If I am ever stuck in a place of yesterdays happenings, even for a moment, I am not fully connected to today. How someone may have been showing up, in a yesterday experience or even in a past moment, only has relevance today, in how I choose to be with that person. And that has only to do with what I want now. In that, the only statements I will choose to make, will come in the form of a request.
So I choose to be discerning and reflective of my desires for, with and about this person. It is all about moving forward with a new and improved understanding of my relationship with this being. I choose to remember my unconditional love as the base, my compassion and my self respect. This is never about compromising my integrity. It is everything about focusing on what I want and honoring the fact that unconditional love does not mean I have to agree with the choices another person makes. It may just mean that this person is on their journey and there are more lessons needed to bring them into the same frequency I am on. We are both right in line with our level of awareness. No judgement – simply pure, unconditional love.

Integrity

The word of the day is INTEGRITY! Living in the moment gives me a clear track on integrity. I get to feel what is going on with me at any given moment and if it doesn’t feel so good I can easily check and see if I am being in integrity with my truth. It is truly amazing how quickly my feelings become hampered if I step out of integrity. My energy level drops and I have feeling of separateness from my own being. Here’s the great news. I am in charge and I can make all the necessary adjustments. It’s all up to me! No – I don’t have to go to the blame corner I simply have to re-adjust my way of being and step back into my integrity. Got it!

Take a Bow

There are times when I ask myself the question, “Are you feeling totally in integrity in all that you are doing?” Yesterday there was a moment when this question came up. When I heard the question in my head, there was absolutely no doubt. I was feeling really excited about being in the moment. Just at that moment I looked at a picture my Grandmother had painted a long time ago. It was hanging on the wall and held special memories for me. As I continued to look at the painting I suddenly became aware of something sticking out of the frame at the lower edge of the painting. I reached up and began to pull at the object. It fell into my hand. It was a card, a birthday card and on the front of the card it said, “Take a bow!” On the inside I recognized that it had been a birthday card which a friend had sent to my mother many years ago.
Universe and my special Angels have a way of getting my attention and for this I feel abundantly blessed. I took a bow!

I Have a Dream

“I’ve always wanted to do ………………” Whenever I hear this phrase the automatic question pops up. “So – why haven’t I (you) done it?” It’s amazing the considerations I begin to hear. “Oh! I just haven’t had the time.” “They wouldn’t let me do it!” “I didn’t have enough money.” “I wasn’t smart enough!” “I needed to do other things!” And the list goes on and on.
Today, I live in the now and there is no time like the present. I have this moment now and I choose to make this moment count.
I have a dream and that dream is to see this world come together as ONE. Now, I have the vehicle to create that dream. I choose to leave no stone unturned in my quest to make my dream a reality. I already see it as a done deal and have experienced the joy that this creation invokes. All I choose to have is the perfect ingredients, in the way of talented people, perfect settings, abundance in every form.
As I visualize all this occurring, I also choose to be prepared for those same ingredients to rapidly come into play. This is all within my power. Oh! How grateful I am for this understanding. Thank you God!

Our Intention

Yeah! Another day of living in the moment and being grateful for all those intentions, I have been setting forth, coming about. Harry and I were, together, holding the intention for the video below (Check my Facebook) to create a desire in others to be involved with Sister Cities of Sonoma and it is already doing, exactly, that.
What a wonderful way for our world to come together and learn about each other and create understanding that we are all ONE!
Think about what an amazing world it will be as we learn and experience this feeling of ONENESS!
2012 is bringing us together in the most profound and positive ways possible. Keep an eye out for the next adventure Harry and I are feeling great passion about. We have every reason to believe that what we are looking at will help to shift the our world into a phenomenal, connected energy, that is bound to bring great joy and peace. That is what we all say we want after all. Have amazing day! We will!

Sonoma – The Vortex of Joy

There is something about living in Sonoma, something that many people experience and yet they are not quite sure what it is. Well, I am discovering every day exactly what that “something” is. Sonoma IS the vortex of joy.
There is a palpable energy right here that creates a magnetic force of positive vibration, where people begin to experience their joy. I know, that the minute I step out of my home and take a deep breath, I am breathing in this phenomenal energy. And, of course, I don’t even need to step outside my home for this to occur. The vibrational energy increases with every person I meet. My focus becomes clear and my life purpose joins this frequency and I am able to tune into those matching vibrations all around me. This turns into an increased energy so long as I stay focused on that vibration of joy. Yes! I get it! Thank you God for this understanding!

Paying Attention

Whenever I need to “wake up” and pay attention, Universe has my back. This morning as I approached my computer I found, not only could I not easily access my email account I couldn’t get my Facebook to open up. No matter how many times I tried I was not making headway. So, I “woke up” and realized that I was not supposed to be fooling with that right at this moment. I quickly donned my hat and toddled off to the Basque Cafe for my morning coffee.
I was only one step away, from ordering my coffee, when my phone rang. I intuitively knew it was Harry and sure enough as I removed the ringing device from my pocket, there on the screen “Help Me Harry” written. I removed myself from the line and quickly put a stop to the ringing phone as I greeted my husband with a cheery, “Hello my Darling!”
“How soon could you get here? Smokin’ Joe has not come in and I’ve already asked Bill Stallings and he cannot do it. Can you help me out?” So this is why I couldn’t get on the Internet. I was going to sit in as guest host on the Morning show with Ken Brown.
This is also why I had felt drawn to update myself on my understanding of the Radio Control Board only yesterday, because that is what this guest host spot required.
I love Universe. It just has a way of keeping me in the right place at the right time. This only happens, of course, when I am living, consciously, in the moment, listening to the guidance I am being given every moment.

Focus

Focus is the word for this day. Focusing on on my ultimate desire for each moment that I experience. My choice is to feel acceptance, tolerance, patience, forgiveness, enthusiasm, exhilaration, deeply centered, unconditional love and joy! The more I examine these qualities the more I feel them surging through me and the more and more I am smiling. All I can say is “try it you might like it!”
Once again I am reminded it is my choice. I choose joy!I make joy my focus!
