Love

I felt inclined to put that title in caps. After all love is what drives the good in this world and when we remain focused on the effects of it we help to create a powerful shift. Are we hoping that someone else will bring peace to this world? It begins with you and me. It is simply a choice and when we focus on giving and receiving love as we encounter each being in our world (including the “bad” people) we will begin to see more powerful results in the peace register. Let’s replace that judgement meter with an acceptance meter of love. It is not up to us to be in the judgement seat it is only necessary for us to send love to the being period. Once again it is a choice. Love is a choice and it is the best choice for me.

Law of Attraction and Resistance

When we continually put resistance up, more powerfully than we do desire, we keep getting precisely what we say we don’t want. This is proven by the results we see before us in any avenue of life. So, if this is not working, perhaps we might take responsibility for our focus. We can check in and be accountable for our choices of thoughts and words that lead to those outcomes.

This is the simplest way to seeing what we truly want to have happen in our lives. Is your conversation leading with discussions about what you want? Or is it about all those things that you don’t want or reasons (of a negative kind) that you are choosing what you desire? Be honest with yourself and think about these questions. What is your intention?

Now, simply remove the resistant thoughts and words and replace them with a simple statement of want or desire. It is that easy. This is the law of attraction at its best. It is time to take responsibility for what we are seeing in the way of results. Just think, how different all of those election results might have been if people had purely concentrated on their desire and only the positive reasons? Wow! My mind boggles. I’ve got this!

The Ultimate Exercise

I believe that the ultimate exercise we can do is the exercise of the mind. When the words, that we are using, seem to constantly be involving judgment of one kind or another, the best exercise we can do is the ‘breathe and switch’.

If we are focusing on what is wrong with the picture we see, we have the ability to change that picture. Whenever we create a dream of what we want to see, and hold only that in our conscious, the likely hood is that in time we will experience that actualization of that dream.

Next time you become aware of your focus being on what is wrong and what you don’t want, take a deep breath and imagine the perfect picture. Really get in there and visualize every part of what it is you want to see. When you can picture it – you can bring it about. The moment you find yourself wallowing in what you don’t want – ‘breathe and switch’. It really is all up to you. I’ve got this.
