If I Don’t Like it – I’ll Change it

I have always felt the need to create peace. However, in my haste to try to bring this peace about, I may have forgotten the main ingredient. And what would that ingredient be? Well, I am glad that you asked. That ingredient is peace.
You see I may have been so busy yelling about the non-peaceful situation, making judgments about all of those people who were involved; I may only have exacerbated the whole situation. Focusing on the unrest and lack of peace only brought more of the same.
Here is the great news. If I don’t like it – I’ll change it! First I’ll let go of the need to change yesterday and forgive myself. Now I’ll take a deep breath and then be the peace I choose to see. I’ve got this.

Listen Up – Pay Attention

All around – everywhere I look – I see people and things to be grateful for. I see those Messengers who have been in my life and who are coming into my life and my soul says, “Listen up – pay attention!” I get it SO strongly that there are absolutely no accidents; that those people and things are coming into my vision for a specific reason.
I have been requesting, every one of them, for many years in one form or another. I have always had a voracious appetite to learn what my purpose for being here is. I have always known myself to be the peacemaker since a very early age. That has been a huge part of my day-to-day living. My stand is unconditional love.
Now, more than any time before, I begin to recognize that those people who have come into my life either are seeking my teaching on this or they are here to put me to the test. I am not here to change the world. I am here to simply show what the power of love can create.
I am so grateful to those wonderful friends who encouraged Harry and I to move to Sonoma. Even though our friends lived here in Sonoma, because of their work, they knew little of the powerful vortex of joy, Sonoma. It was simply part of their contract, shall we say, to get us here.
In this past year, Harry and I have paid very close attention to all those who have come into our lives. A phenomenal team of Angels, who are making our path clear, to fulfilling our purpose, surrounds us. Every day we give gratitude and send love to all those individuals who share this journey we call life. We recognize that there are some who are our testers and we give gratitude and love to all those individuals. We both listen up and we both pay attention. We’ve got this!

Moment by Moment

Today I get to go on a spiritual journey, which involves someone else’s life. I am feeling warmly blessed by the recent meeting with an amazing artist. I have no doubt that this day is significant. This is my opportunity to interview this artist in a way I have never interviewed anyone before. We both recognize the importance of being led by spirit throughout this interaction.
There is no doubt, that within this context of interviewing, with us each taking time to allow Spirit to step forth and guide the words that we speak, we will both be coming from a place of total authenticity. There will be no guiding notes. There will be no rehearsal. I must let go of all of my expectations and desires and listen very carefully.
So what will this take? First and foremost, I will visualize the interview being complete and the wonderful feeling of peace resulting from our interaction. I will give blessings for this interaction and give thanks for right out-workings in everything I say and do. I will turn over all judgment and desire for any particular outcome and release it. Clearing an opening for clear intention to breath deeply into each moment, listen to each sound, allowing that sound to resonate within my body and paying attention to where it lands.
Should I notice any tension, within my body, I will pay attention to it long enough to determine its meaning. And I will breathe deeply and move on. This is what being in the moment takes. I’ve got this. Moment by moment.
