Lose the Judgement – Lose the Pain

I am keenly aware that, when I step out of integrity with my own truth, my body tells me. Only yesterday I allowed this to occur. There are times when ego can lead me on a scary path. The first thing to happen is I am not living, at all, in the moment. All the warning signals become overlooked and ego jumps in and takes over in a way that is not favorable. I begin to go to that place of judgement which, in turn, brings on the discomfort in my body. And for all of this I am grateful. I am grateful that I recognize this and now I stop, recover my steps and examine the point where I gave my energy away.
Let’s face it people will always be people. People with minds and judgements and frailties of their own. I must learn not to take on their frailties and ways of being by taking myself to that place of judgement. My clear intention is to live my life purpose and that is to live from a place of unconditional love. I get that we are all ONE and we are truly at effect of one another. I feel an others pain. And the great news is I feel an others joy. My focus is on joy. Thanks for coming with me on this journey. I love you all.

This Day in a Moment

This whole day is about being open to what is going on in the world and being present for the experience. It began with music, laughter, dancing and got steadily better from there. Being a guest on the Morning Show with Ken Brown and his guest host Jeff Gilbert, began the outside part of the day. Today I chose the topic of PURPOSE.
As I was walking to the Studio, I was visualizing, being in front of the microphone, and suddenly in the middle of this visualization I found myself seeing the City Council meeting I had attended, for 5 hours, last evening. It dawned on me that those people at the meeting were conversing about what they don’t want. Few, if any, stated only what they DO want.
I quickly recognized why I was having this vision. As soon as we state clearly what we want in this life, that clarity assists the vision in becoming a reality. My PURPOSEFUL “gem of wisdom” then carried that message.
I followed this by an inspired session videotaping a promotional demo for a new reality show to be shopped to the networks. It truly pays to live in the moment and listen. PURPOSE is clarified by listening. Do you know your purpose?

Perfection

There are times when my world may seem in disarray. These times I now recognize as perfect. Why? Because they remind me of what I may not have given myself, love, time, pampering, quiet, listening, honoring …..
Now, in this moment of recognition, I carefully study all those possibilities and make my choice accordingly. How simple and yet so easy to sidestep in the busyness of the day. Now I close my eyes and take a deep breath as I give a huge thanks for the blessing of knowing this. Now I can go about the business of bringing my smile to all those I will meet today and all the new friends I will make. What a blessed world I live in! Thank you God!
